Brownies Kukus a la Teh Uceu

Makasi untuk resepnya ya Teh..kapann ya kita ketemu lagi..?
Oya, brokus yang ini resep-nya memang mirip-mirip dengan Brownies Kukus Bunda Tyas, yang sering gue bikin. Bedanya, disini ditambahin air, dan beda dibeberapa takaran bahan. Juga disini ga pake pasta mocca.
Soal rasa, hmm sama enakknyaa..tergantung selera masing-masing deh. Kalo seneng cake yang lembut, lebih cocok pake resep Teh Uceu. Tapi kalo seneng cake yang lebih legit (minyaknya lebih banyak), coba deh resep Bunda Tyas.
Met bikin yaaa..:-)
Brownies Kukus a la Teh Uceu
Source : Teh Uceu
1. Telur 8 butir
Gula Pasir 350 gr
TBM 1 sdm
2. Terigu 200 gr
Coklat bubuk Van Houten 90 gr
Susu kental manis 1/2 klg
3. Air 200 cc
4. Minyak 250 cc
5. coklat meises/DCC (untuk taburan)
Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan TBM sampai putih mengembang.
2. Masukkan terigu, coklat bubuk dan susu kental manis.
3. Matikan mixer, kemudian tambahkan air dan minyak kedalam adonan.
4. Siapkan loyang ukuran 22 cm yang telah dialasi kertas roti.
5. Masukkan ½ bagian adonan kedalam loyang dan kukus selama 15 menit.
6. Taburi dengan coklat meises/DCC.
7. Kemudian isi dengan ½ bagian sisa adonan. Dikukus lagi selama 25 s/d 30 menit.setelah matang keluarkan brownies dari loyang dan dinginkan.

Salam, mbak Anne aku udah coba bikin brownies kukus ini, tapi knapa ya lapisan pertama bantat, terus jadi lebih hitam dan berminyak,tapi lapisan kedua bagus mau ngembang,apa karena kukusannya belum terlalu panas ya, untuk lapisan pertama, makasih ya mbak Anne

makasih mbak anne, udah nyoba yg ke-2 kali, kali ini ngembang semua, kukusannya harus benar2 panas baru aku masukin adonannya ,biar bentuknya agak rapi aku nggak pake kertas roti, aku pake pinggan tahan panas aja, sukses deh….thanks ya mbak

Hi Anne,
I am from Msia, i would like to try your recipe, however there are a few things which i am not sure what they are and would like to seek clarification. could you help?
- TBM maknanya emulsifier?
- adakah “sdm” adalah sukatan sudu teh?
- Susu kental manis itu sama dengan condensed milk or susu pekat mansi?
- Terigu means butter?
- coklat meises/DCC = choclate chips?

- SDM = sendok makan = tablespoon
- Susu kental manis = condensed milk = susu pekat manis
- Tepung Terigu = flour
- Coklat meises = meisjes (chocolate rice? CMIIW)
- DCC = Dark Cooking Chocolate

Hi Anne,
I tried the recipe last friday night after gotten the clarification from you. It turned out very well.
I ground some dark cooking chocolate and tabur ya on top sebelum masukkan adunan yang the other half itu; jadinya the top part more chocolate and there is no obvious layer of choclate in the middle but the top part more choclate than the bottom; hope you know what i mean; it must be the choclate melted into the mixture while it was cooking; anyway i have good feedback from my family. Thank you for sharing.
by the way, if i reduce the oil, how would turn out to be, have you tried?

Hi Anne,
I tried the recipe after gotten your clarification; it turned out very well and my family liked it.
I ground some dark cooking chocolate and tabur right before I poured in the 2nd half of the adunan; it turned out, there is no obvious 3 layers like what it show in your picture but 2 layers only, the top layer is more choclaty than the bottom layer; may be because the choclate melted into the mixture while it was cooking; so do i wait for a while before i pour in the 2nd half of the mixture? nevertheless everyone seems to like it.
i am thinking of reducing the oil, have you tried doing it? and how was the result?
by the way, we put the brownie into fridge and it turned out really nice.

suka banget liat blog ini, salut sama mbak
kemarin aku dah coba resep brokus ini (sori ga pamitan dulu ya….)semua ingredient (kecuali tbm, karena ga bawa-di libya ga ada-jadinya pake yg aku bawa aja-ovalet) sama caranya dah aku ikutin kenapa jadinya basah ya kedua lapisannya?

-lili, basah di kedua lapisan? Basah blm mateng gitu maksudnya? Mungkin api kurang besar, bisa juga dikukus lebih lama lagi.

makasih sarannya mbak, maksud aku mateng tapi basah. Sejak itu aku dah coba 2 kali lagi. tapi aku tambahin bak.powder 1/2 sdt selain ovalet, hasilnya jauh lebih bagus dari sebelumnya (walaupun belum secanggih buatan mbak deh, salut banget sama mbak yang udah master nih). trus satu hal yang aku ngerti (tapi bener apa gak ya) browniesnya dipotongnya lebih bagus kalo dah dingin ya, jadi dcc yg ditengah gak meler gitu. sori ya mbak banyak nanya, maklum amatir nih

mbak anne, waktu aq coba buat resep browniesnya kenapa ya kok lapisan meses nya ngga bisa ditengah kayak punya mbak anne..
Already tried it so many times, etengah adonan dituang trus dikukus baru dimasukin meses en ditutup adonan lg.. tp hasilnya waktu dibalik selalu lapisan mesesnya dibawah.. wondering why..hehehe

Already tried it so many times, setengah adonan dituang trus dikukus baru dimasukin meses en ditutup adonan lg.. tp hasilnya waktu dibalik selalu lapisan mesesnya dibawah.. wondering why..hehehe
