Chocolate Cups with Mascarpone Filling


Maklum, masih euphoria ama chocolate fondue maker baru-ku, jadilah bikin coklat lagi coklat lagi. Nah yang ini gampang nih bikinnya, tinggal bikin chocolate cups-nya, trus filling-nya tinggal diaduk-aduk doang. Jadi deh..untuk party (uhuy..anak party?? Hari geneee) cucok deh. Penampilannya itu lohh ngegemesin..

Chocolate Cups with Mascarpone Filling

Ingredients :

100 g/3 ½ oz dark chocolate

Filling :
100 g/3 ½ oz milk or dark chocolate
¼ tsp vanilla flavouring (extract)
200 g/7 oz mascarpone cheese
cocoa powder, to dust

– Line a baking tray (cookie sheet) with a sheet of baking parchment. Melt the chocolate and spoon it into 20 paper sweet (candy) cases, spreading up the sides with a small spoon or pastry brush. Place upside down on the prepared baking tray (cookie sheet) and leave to set.
– When set, carefully peel away the paper cases.
– To make the filling, melt the dark or milk chocolate. Place the mascarpone cheese in a bowl and beat in the vanilla flavouring (extract) and melted chocolate and beat until well combined. Leave the mixture to chill, beating occasionally until firm enough to pipe.
– Place the mascarpone filling in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle (tip) and pipe the mixture into the cups. Decorate with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Variation
You can use lightly whipped double (heavy) cream instead of the mascarpone cheese, if preferred.

    Hi Mba Ina, thanks udah mampir ya. Makasi Mba dibilang photonya bagus2, tapi apa iya?Hehe ga pede abis.com gini deh. Aku pake digicam Kodak EasyShare CX7525 (5.0 MP), ama camera di handycam Sony (seri apa ya? Apa yg ini ya? DCR-HC40E).Tp terus terang ga puas euy ama Kodak ini. Kayaknya dgn MegaPixel yang sama, bagusan Canon kayak punya Mba Riana tuh. Makro-nya asyik banget.(aduuh sok tau banget deh gue). Aku pemula banget Mba. Ya di dapur, ya jepret ngejepret.     mbak … tanya dong ..beli coklat fondue makernya dimana …pengen beli ni .. pengen bikin praline tapi males bolak balik angetin coklatnya hehehe ..thx ya infonya
