<p>Mayan lah, daripada puyeng ngintipin bejibun resep, mending langsung ke sasaran kan ? hehe</p>
<p>Hmm dari pertama ngeliat resep ini, dah pengennn banget praktekin. Judulnya yang provokatif banget. N satu lagi yang bikin gue termehek-termehek, coba baca deh review pembaca. Jumlahnya ada 5 ribu lebih review. Wow&#8230;rata2 reaksinya heboh..perlu dibaca juga deh review-nya, bisa dapetin tips yang berguna:-)</p>
<p>Trus..hmm..brown sugar gue ganti dengan palm sugar, yang lebih mudah didapat di Jkt. Harusnya sih gue mix dengan gula putih, tapi kmaren gue pakein palm sugar semua.</p>
<p>Trus walnutnya gue rasa harus dipanggang dulu yaa..walo kmaren dah gue potong kecil-kecil banget biar cepet mateng, tapi kayaknya kok tetep kurang memuaskan. Lain kali kalo bikin lagi, walnut gue ganti aja ah ama kacang mete ato hazelnut:-)</p>
<p>Yang harus bener-bener diperhatiin, waktu memanggang. Karena kalo kelamaan, kukis akan kering dan berkurang deh chewy-nya. Yang mnarik dari kukis ini ya chewy yang unik, yang didapat dari instant vanilla pudding mix. Kebayang ga, paduan kukis dengan pudding. Lebih baik waktu memanggang kurang sedikit deh, daripada kelamaan. Kalo di resep ditulis 10-12 menit, di oven gue cukuplah 9 menit. Kalo dah kering, aduh rasanya bubar deh..jadi biasa aja.</p>
<p>Hmmm untuk Lebaran, bikin kukis apa lagi ya?:-)</p>

<p>&#8220;Everybody wants this recipe when I take them in for a carry-in. To make them award winning, my daughter, Tegan, made them for a cookie baking contest and won a red ribbon! You can use any flavor pudding you like for this recipe.&#8221;</p>
<p>• 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour<br />
• 2 teaspoons baking soda<br />
• 2 cups butter, softened<br />
• 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar<br />
• 1/2 cup white sugar<br />
• 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix<br />
• 4 eggs<br />
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract<br />
• 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips<br />
• 2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS<br />
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.<br />
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.<br />
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown</p>

Yah sukanya emang ama yang model-model bgini. Selain moist banget, paduan rasa dari coklat, keju, gula dll..pokoknya suka deh.
Catatan dari gue, ati2 waktu memanggang lapis paling bawah. Karena tipis, jadi cepet gosong. Kalo dah gosong, pait banget.

<p>½ cup (60 g/ 2 oz) plain flour<br />
2 tablespoons cocoa powder<br />
2 tablespoons caster sugar<br />
60 g/2 oz butter, melted<br />
1 tablespoon milk<br />
½ teaspoon vanilla essence</p>
<p>Vanilla topping:<br />
250 g/8 oz cream cheese, cubed<br />
1/3 cup (90 g/3 oz) caster sugar<br />
1 egg<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla essence</p>
<p>Chocolate topping:<br />
125 g/4 oz milk chocolate, chopped<br />
125 g/4 oz butter, chopped<br />
2 eggs, lightly beaten<br />
½ cup (125 g/4 oz) caster sugar<br />
¼ cup (30 g/1 oz) plain flour<br />
Icing sugar, for dusting</p>
<p>1. Line a lightly greased 18 x 28 cm (7 x 11 inch) shallow tin with non-stick baking paper, overhanging two sides.<br />
2. Sift the flour, cocoa and sugar into a bowl. Add the butter, milk and vanilla and mix well to form a dough. Gently knead on a well floured surface for 1 minute, adding more flour if sticky. Press into the tin and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to moderately hot 190°C (375°F/Gas 5).<br />
3. Cover the pastry with baking paper, fill with baking beads or rice and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove the paper and rice and reduce the heat to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Bake for 5-10 minutes, then leave to cool.<br />
4. The make the vanilla topping, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the sugar, then the egg and vanilla essence. Beat well, pour over the base and refrigerate.<br />
5. To make the chocolate topping, melt the chocolate and butter in a small pan, stirring over very low heat until smooth. Mix together the eggs and sugar. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and flour until just combined.<br />
6. Pour the chocolate topping over the cold vanilla topping and smooth with a spoon. Reduce the oven to 160°C (315°F/Gas 2-3) and bake for35-40 minutes, or until just set. Leave to cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm. Dust with icing sugar before cutting.</p>

Biasa, mo ngabisin stok bahan-bahan kue. Kali ini yang mo diabisin dessicated coconut. Bikin ini aahhh..
Bikin sesuai resep, tapi kok yang ada layer atasnya jadi tebel banget yah..beda bener ama yg dibuku. Biarin deh, daripada dibuang.

Rasanya yah mayan lah..karena lapisan kelapa parutnya ketebelan jadi dominan bener..mustinya lapisan kelapa parutnya lebih tipis daripada lapisan bawah.

150 g (5 oz) butter, chopped<br />
½ cup (60g/2 oz) icing sugar<br />
1 egg yolk<br />
½ cup (150g/5 oz) strawberry jam<br />
½ cup (125g/4 oz) caster sugar<br />
3 eggs<br />
3 cups (270 g/9 oz) desiccated coconut</p>
<p>1. Line a lightly greased, shallow 23 cm (9 inch) square tin with non-stick baking paper, overhanging two opposite side. Preheat the oven to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4).<br />
2. Put the flours, butter and icing sugar in a food processor and, using the pulse action, mix until fine and crumbly. Add the egg yolk and process until the mixture just comes together. Press the dough into the tin and chill for 10 minutes.<br />
3. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool, then spread with the jam.<br />
4. Beat the sugar and eggs together, then stir in the coconut. Spread over the jam, processing down with the back of a spoon. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly golden. Leave to cool, then cut into pieces to serve.</p>

<p>Ingredients<br />
• 1 1/4 cups Butter<br />
• 3/4 cup Brown sugar<br />
• 1/2 cup Sugar<br />
• 1 Egg<br />
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla<br />
• 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour<br />
• 1 teaspoon Baking soda<br />
• 1 teaspoon Salt<br />
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon<br />
• 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg<br />
• 3 cups Oats quick or old-fashioned<br />
• 1 cup Raisins</p>
<p>Instructions<br />
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.<br />
Beat margarine and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, baking soda, salt and spices; mix well. Stir in oats and raisins.<br />
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.<br />
Bake 8-9 minutes for chewy; 10-11 minutes for crunchy cookies.<br />
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack.<br />
Store tightly covered.</p>

Jumlah gulanya bikin kaget..maniss bangettt..tapi waktu bikin tetep nekat bikin sesuai resep..penasaran..
Setelah jadi, aduuhh gula bangettt..serasa makan batangan gula hehhe..

<p>Prepare a 20&#215;30 cm (8&#215;12 inch) tin. Sift 1/3 cup (40 g) plain flour and 1/2 cup (60 g) cocoa into a large bowls and mix with 2 cups (500 g) sugar and 1 cup (160 g) chopped peanuts. Make a well in the center and add  chopped dark chocolate. Melt 250 g butter over low heat and stir into the dry ingredients with 2 teaspoon vanilla essence and 4 eggs. Mix well and pour into the tin. Smooth the surface and bake for 40-45 minutes. Leave for up to 2 hours to firm up before cutting. Makes 24 brownies. </p>

Selain orangnya kocak abissss, kerjaannya sebagai Site Engineer banyak menyisakan cerita ngenes bin lucu, versi Suhu. Banyak story khas anak kost (eh apa asrama ya? 185g butter, softened / 185g mentega, lunakkan (di suhu ruang)<br />
1 cup caster sugar / 1 cup gula kaster<br />
1 egg / 1 btr telur<br />
2 cups plain flour / 2 cups tepung terigu<br />
½ tsp baking powder / ½ sdt baking powder<br />
1 cup icing sugar / 1 cup gula tepung<br />
1 tsp peppermint flavouring / 1 sdt peppermint flavouring<br />
2 Tbs water / 2 Tbs air<br />
200g dark chocolate (70 per cent cocoa) / 200g dark chocolate (70 per cent cocoa)<br />
1 cup cream / 1 cup krim</p>
<p>Preheat the oven to 180C. Place the butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until light and creamy, add the egg and beat well. Sift the flour and baking powder over the egg mixture and fold through.</p>
<p>Panaskan oven, suhu 180C. Letakkan mentega dan gula di dalam mangkuk mixer dan kocok hingga ringan dan creamy, tambahkan telur dan kocok rata. Ayak tepung dan baking powder di atas adonan telur dan aduk hingga tercampur rata.</p>

Gently knead the dough to bring together. Roll the dough between two sheets of baking paper to 2mm thick. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut out 36 x 7 x 5cm rectangles. Place on baking trays lined with baking paper and bake for 56 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on trays.</p>
<p>Uleni adonan dengan lembut supaya adonan tercampur rata. Gilas adonan di antara dua baking paper hingga tebalnya berukuran 2mm. Diamkan di kulkas selama 30 menit. Potong-potong persegi panjang dengan ukuran 36 x 7 x 5cm. Letakkan ke atas loyang biskuit yang dialasi baking paper dan panggang selama 56 menit atau hingga kecoklatan. Biarkan dingin di atas loyang tersebut.</p>

Combine icing sugar, peppermint flavouring and water, and mix until smooth. Set aside. Combine the chocolate and cream in a saucepan over low heat and stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Set aside.</p>
<p>Campur gula tepung, peppermint flavouring dan air, aduk hingga licin. Sisihkan. Campur coklat dan krim di atas panci dengan api kecil dan aduk hingga coklat leleh dan licin tercampur rata. Sisihkan.</p>
<p>Sandwich three biscuits biscuits together with peppermint icing. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Lightly grease a wire rack and place over a baking tray. Place the layered biscuits on a fork, dip each one into the chocolate mixture, place on the rack and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.</p>

Rapatkan tiga lembar biskuit dengan peppermint icing. Ulangi dengan sisa bahan. Olesi rak tipis2 dengan margari/mentega dan letakkan di atas loyang. Letakkan biskuit di atas garpu, celupkan ke dalam adonan coklat, letakkan ke atas rak dan dinginkan di kulkas selama 2 jam atau hingga mengeras.</div>

<p>Hahahahaha lucu bangettt. Barusan gue dah nulis panjang lebarrr untuk postingan kali ini, tapi gue batalin. Kenapa? Iya nih, ga tau kenapa kok barusan gue sok-sok an ngebahas situasi politik Indonesia yah. Menumpahkan segala kekesalan gue terhadap politisi abal-abal yang merasa dah paling benar sedunia. Bacot gede, ga mau dengerin omongan orang. Duh..pengen gue tipp-ex deh tuh orang..biar ngilang hehehe..</p>

<p>Sutra..lebih enak ngomongin kukis. Urusan berantem di tivi mah biarlah urusan mereka. Para wakil rakyat yang ternyata juga banyak preman berbulu domba. Hehe musang berbulu domba kalee..</p>

<p>Hmmm kukis? Iya, ini &#8216;peninggalan&#8217; Lebaran kemaren. Ga perlu dipanggang, cihuy kan?</p>
<p>Bahan-bahan juga ga banyak. Walo mnurut gue kmanisan, tapi nyatanya laris-laris aja tuh di rumah gue.</p>

<p>Ingredients:<br />
2 cups granulated sugar<br />
4 tablespoons cocoa<br />
1 stick (1/2 cup/4 oz/113g) butter<br />
1/2 cup milk<br />
1/2 cup peanut butter<br />
3 cups oats</p>
<p>Instructions:<br />
In a pot, bring sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk to a rapid boil, boil for 3 minutes, remove from heat, add peanut butter, and oats. Stir together, drop by spoonfuls on to wax paper.</p>

<p>Description:<br />
Kuker keju dipadu dengan gula, menjadikan rasanya unik, gurih2 manis&#8230;</p>
<p>Ingredients:<br />
- Butter 325 gram<br />
- Gula halus 1 sdm<br />
- Kuning telur 3 butir<br />
- Putih telur 1 butir<br />
- Keju edam 150 gram (<span style="color: #339999;"><em>gue pake parmesan&#8230;Anne</em></span>)<br />
- Tepung sagu 100 gram<br />
- Tepung terigu protein rendah (kunci biru) 350-400 gram<br />
- Keju cheddar parut secukupnya</p>
<p>Bahan Glazur:<br />
- Icing sugar 275-300 gram<br />
- Putih telur 50-60 gram<br />
- 1/2 sdt cream of tartar (optional, boleh dipakai boleh tidak)<br />
- Vanili, cuka atau Lemon essence secukupnya</p>
<p>Directions:<br />
-Kocok butter dan gula halus hingga tercampur rata, masukkan telur, kocok rata, tambahkan keju. Aduk rata. Masukkan tepung sagu dan terakhir tepung terigu. Uleni hingga rata/kalis.</p>
<p>-Giling tipis 2-5 mm, potong kotak 2&#215;2 cm. (<em><span style="color: #339999;">gue bentuk bulat..Anne</span></em>)<br />
-Olesi glazur, ratakan dan taburi keju cheddar parut<br />
-Angkat satu persatu, tata di loyang kuker.<br />
-Oven dengan api kecil hingga matang.</p>
<p>Glazur:<br />
Kocok semua bahan hingga setengah mengembang, tambahkan lemon essence.</p>
<p>TIPS:<br />
- Supaya glazur tahan lama, tutup dengan lap basah. Kalau agak kering, kocok lagi, tambahkan putih telur sedikit.<br />
- Icing sugar: kalau mau bikin banyak, diayak dulu supaya tidak menggumpal/berbutir2.<br />

<div>Ingredients</div>
<p>· 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface<br />
· 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt<br />
· 1/2 teaspoon baking powder<br />
· 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter<br />
· 1 cup sugar<br />
· 1 large egg<br />
· 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract<br />
· 7 ounces assorted clear colored hard candies, such as Jolly Rancher, colors separated and finely chopped (about 30)</p>
<div>Directions<br />
1. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl; set aside.<br />
2. Put butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment; mix on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add egg; mix until smooth, 1 minute. Reduce speed to low. Add flour mixture, and mix until combined. Stir in vanilla.Wrap dough in plastic, and refrigerate until cold, about 45 minutes.<br />
3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.with racks in upper and lower thirds. Roll out chilled dough on a well-floured surface to a little more than 1/8 inch thick. Cut out shapes using a 5-inch tree-shape cookie cutter. Using a metal spatula, space 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Using the tip of a paring knife, make a triangular cutout in center of each cookie for candy filling. Reroll scraps, and cut.<br />
4. Sprinkle candy in a single layer in hole of each cookie, avoiding edges of triangle. Refrigerate until dough is firm, about 15 minutes.<br />
5. Bake cookies until candy has melted and completely filled cutout and cookie edges are just starting to turn pale golden brown, 11 to 12 minutes. Do not let the cookies brown, or the candy centers may become bubbly. Let cool completely on sheets on wire racks. Use a metal spatula to remove cookies from parchment. Cookies can be stored in airtight containers at room temperature up to 5 days.</div>
