<p>Gue doyan banget brownies, terutama yg moist banget gitu deh. Kbetulan dirumah ada coklat Lindt kemasan 3.5 kg, oleh2 dr seorang teman yg baru pulang dr Australi. Agak kaget juga membayangkan oleh2 seberat ini..hmmm..jd masuk akal krn sahabat ini jika bepergian biasanya bawa rombongan asisten hehehe terima kasih sahabat..</p>
<p>Yg agak disesalkan, ketololanku sendiri..tdk berniat menyalahkan resep yg tdk memberi kisaran waktu pemanggangan..jadilah gue memanggang kelamaan..hasil akhirnya agak kering, tdk se-moist inceranku..jd nyeselll bangett..<br />
Trus cherry krn ga ada dirumah jd gua skip dey..</p>
<p>Hmmm diluar itu, tetep sih rasanya blm mampu ngalahin resep brownies kesayangan hehehe <a href="http://annevijaya.com/2008/04/bloomin-brilliant-brownies.html">Bloomin&#8217; Brilliant Brownies</a> dari <a href="http://www.jamieoliver.com">Jamie Oliver</a>..salah satu chef kesayangan hehhee..</p>
<p>Resep ini merupakan modifikasi dari resepnya Ambarini, yg dimodif oleh <a href="http://kedaikuistanaku.blogspot.com/2010/11/cherry-drop-brownies.html">Rachmah Setyawati</a>. Setelah gua liat kembali foto di blog Rachmah, eh ternyata emang rada kering ya pinggirannya..hmm bukan seperti brownies kesukaanku, yg basah ampe ke pinggir2 hehehe yg bener2 moist geto deh&#8230;</p>

<p>CHERRY DROP BROWNIES<br />

<p>Bahan<br />
200 gr Mentega tawar<br />
200 gr DCC &#8212;- aku (Rachmah) pakai semuanya dgn Lindt Chocolate rasa Mint<br />
&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-&gt; Lelehkan kedua bahan diatas, sisihkan</p>
<p>4 butir ayam utuh<br />
sedikit vanilli ekstrak<br />
320 gr Gula Pasir Agak Halus (Gula pasir biasa diblender sebentar)<br />
160 gr Tepung Terigu<br />
15 gr Susu Bubuk<br />
50 gr Chocolate Bubuk</p>
<p>satu genggam choco chips rasa mint<br />
beberapa bh manisan cherry merah</p>
<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&gt; Kocok telur + gula pasir+vanili ekstrak, hingga gula larut mengembang (jangan terlalu kental sekali), masukkan mentega dan coklat cair, kocok dgn speed rendah asal tercampur rata aja, setelah itu masukkan bahan kering (tepung, susu dan coklat bubuk diayak). Aduk merata.Masukkan choco chips, aduk lagi.</p>
<p>Panaskan oven sekitar 160derajat celcius , masukkan adonan ke dalam paper cup cakes, tuang 3/4 penuh, masing2 cup cakes beri satu buah manisan cherry merah tanpa tangkai. Atau pakai lloyang brownies ukuran 10X26X4cm = 2bh atau bisa masuk ke dlm loyang uk. 24X24X4cm. Panggang hingga brownies matang.</p>

<p>Mayan lah, daripada puyeng ngintipin bejibun resep, mending langsung ke sasaran kan ? hehe</p>
<p>Hmm dari pertama ngeliat resep ini, dah pengennn banget praktekin. Judulnya yang provokatif banget. N satu lagi yang bikin gue termehek-termehek, coba baca deh review pembaca. Jumlahnya ada 5 ribu lebih review. Wow&#8230;rata2 reaksinya heboh..perlu dibaca juga deh review-nya, bisa dapetin tips yang berguna:-)</p>
<p>Trus..hmm..brown sugar gue ganti dengan palm sugar, yang lebih mudah didapat di Jkt. Harusnya sih gue mix dengan gula putih, tapi kmaren gue pakein palm sugar semua.</p>
<p>Trus walnutnya gue rasa harus dipanggang dulu yaa..walo kmaren dah gue potong kecil-kecil banget biar cepet mateng, tapi kayaknya kok tetep kurang memuaskan. Lain kali kalo bikin lagi, walnut gue ganti aja ah ama kacang mete ato hazelnut:-)</p>
<p>Yang harus bener-bener diperhatiin, waktu memanggang. Karena kalo kelamaan, kukis akan kering dan berkurang deh chewy-nya. Yang mnarik dari kukis ini ya chewy yang unik, yang didapat dari instant vanilla pudding mix. Kebayang ga, paduan kukis dengan pudding. Lebih baik waktu memanggang kurang sedikit deh, daripada kelamaan. Kalo di resep ditulis 10-12 menit, di oven gue cukuplah 9 menit. Kalo dah kering, aduh rasanya bubar deh..jadi biasa aja.</p>

<p>&#8220;Everybody wants this recipe when I take them in for a carry-in. To make them award winning, my daughter, Tegan, made them for a cookie baking contest and won a red ribbon! You can use any flavor pudding you like for this recipe.&#8221;</p>
<p>• 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour<br />
• 2 teaspoons baking soda<br />
• 2 cups butter, softened<br />
• 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar<br />
• 1/2 cup white sugar<br />
• 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix<br />
• 4 eggs<br />
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract<br />
• 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips<br />
• 2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS<br />
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.<br />
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.<br />
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown</p>

<p>½ cup (60 g/ 2 oz) plain flour<br />
2 tablespoons cocoa powder<br />
2 tablespoons caster sugar<br />
60 g/2 oz butter, melted<br />
1 tablespoon milk<br />
½ teaspoon vanilla essence</p>
<p>Vanilla topping:<br />
250 g/8 oz cream cheese, cubed<br />
1/3 cup (90 g/3 oz) caster sugar<br />
1 egg<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla essence</p>
<p>Chocolate topping:<br />
125 g/4 oz milk chocolate, chopped<br />
125 g/4 oz butter, chopped<br />
2 eggs, lightly beaten<br />
½ cup (125 g/4 oz) caster sugar<br />
¼ cup (30 g/1 oz) plain flour<br />
Icing sugar, for dusting</p>
<p>1. Line a lightly greased 18 x 28 cm (7 x 11 inch) shallow tin with non-stick baking paper, overhanging two sides.<br />
2. Sift the flour, cocoa and sugar into a bowl. Add the butter, milk and vanilla and mix well to form a dough. Gently knead on a well floured surface for 1 minute, adding more flour if sticky. Press into the tin and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to moderately hot 190°C (375°F/Gas 5).<br />
3. Cover the pastry with baking paper, fill with baking beads or rice and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove the paper and rice and reduce the heat to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Bake for 5-10 minutes, then leave to cool.<br />
4. The make the vanilla topping, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the sugar, then the egg and vanilla essence. Beat well, pour over the base and refrigerate.<br />
5. To make the chocolate topping, melt the chocolate and butter in a small pan, stirring over very low heat until smooth. Mix together the eggs and sugar. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and flour until just combined.<br />
6. Pour the chocolate topping over the cold vanilla topping and smooth with a spoon. Reduce the oven to 160°C (315°F/Gas 2-3) and bake for35-40 minutes, or until just set. Leave to cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm. Dust with icing sugar before cutting.</p>

<p><strong>Coconut Jam Slice</strong><br />

<p>Ingredients :<br />
1 cup (125g / 4 oz) plain flour<br />
½ cup (60g /2 oz) self-raising flour<br />
150 g (5 oz) butter, chopped<br />
½ cup (60g/2 oz) icing sugar<br />
1 egg yolk<br />
½ cup (150g/5 oz) strawberry jam<br />
½ cup (125g/4 oz) caster sugar<br />
3 eggs<br />
3 cups (270 g/9 oz) desiccated coconut</p>
<p>1. Line a lightly greased, shallow 23 cm (9 inch) square tin with non-stick baking paper, overhanging two opposite side. Preheat the oven to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4).<br />
2. Put the flours, butter and icing sugar in a food processor and, using the pulse action, mix until fine and crumbly. Add the egg yolk and process until the mixture just comes together. Press the dough into the tin and chill for 10 minutes.<br />
3. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool, then spread with the jam.<br />
4. Beat the sugar and eggs together, then stir in the coconut. Spread over the jam, processing down with the back of a spoon. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly golden. Leave to cool, then cut into pieces to serve.</p>

<p><strong>Oatmeal Raisin Cookies</strong><br />

<p>Ingredients<br />
• 1 1/4 cups Butter<br />
• 3/4 cup Brown sugar<br />
• 1/2 cup Sugar<br />
• 1 Egg<br />
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla<br />
• 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour<br />
• 1 teaspoon Baking soda<br />
• 1 teaspoon Salt<br />
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon<br />
• 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg<br />
• 3 cups Oats quick or old-fashioned<br />
• 1 cup Raisins</p>
<p>Instructions<br />
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.<br />
Beat margarine and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, baking soda, salt and spices; mix well. Stir in oats and raisins.<br />
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.<br />
Bake 8-9 minutes for chewy; 10-11 minutes for crunchy cookies.<br />
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack.<br />
Store tightly covered.</p>

<p><strong>Chocolate Peanut Brownies</strong><br />
Source : &#8220;Superb Brownies, Cakes &amp; Slices&#8221; book</p>
<p>Prepare a 20&#215;30 cm (8&#215;12 inch) tin. Sift 1/3 cup (40 g) plain flour and 1/2 cup (60 g) cocoa into a large bowls and mix with 2 cups (500 g) sugar and 1 cup (160 g) chopped peanuts. Make a well in the center and add  chopped dark chocolate. Melt 250 g butter over low heat and stir into the dry ingredients with 2 teaspoon vanilla essence and 4 eggs. Mix well and pour into the tin. Smooth the surface and bake for 40-45 minutes. Leave for up to 2 hours to firm up before cutting. Makes 24 brownies. </p>

<p>Bahan A :<br />
5 kuning telur<br />
3 putih telur<br />
150 gr gula pasir<br />
1 sdt emulsifier</p>
<p>Bahan B :<br />
80 gr tepung ketan<br />
30 gr coklat bubuk<br />
1//2 sdt baking powder<br />
(bahan B dicampur rata)</p>
<p>Bahan C :<br />
90 gr margarin<br />
75 gr dark cooking chocolate<br />
(bahan C dilelehkan, bisa di tim atau langsung di atas api)</p>
<p>Taburan : Meses coklat</p>
<p>Cara membuat :<br />
- Siapkan loyang, alasi kertas dan olesi margarin<br />
- Panaskan dandang<br />
- Kocok bahan A sampai mengembang dan kental<br />
- Masukkan bahan B sambil diayak, aduk rata<br />
- Masukkan bahan C, aduk rata<br />
- Tuang sebagian (setengah) adonan ke loyang, kukus dalam dandang yang sudah menghasilkan uap panas dan tutup diberi serbet supaya air tidak menetes dengan api sedang selama 10 menit.<br />
- Buka tutup dandang, taburi meses coklat (loyang tetep ditaruh di dandang), tuang sisa adonan di atas meses. Kukus selama 15-25 menit (sampai matang).</p>

<p>Ini resep onbitjkoek-nya.</p>
<p>ONBITJKOEK<br />
Sumber: Kue-Kue Indonesia. Yasa Boga-PT Gramedia Jakarta. 2007.</p>
<p>Bahan :<br />
125g gula palem/gula merah<br />
5 kuning telur<br />
3 putih telur</p>
<p>campur rata :<br />
125g tepung terigu<br />
1 sdt peres kayumanis bubuk<br />
½ sdtpala bubuk<br />
¼ sdt cengkih bubuk</p>
<p>taburan :50g kenari, iris tipis</p>
<p>Cara :<br />
1. Kocok kuning telur dan putih telur, gula palem sampai kental dan naik.<br />
2. Masukkan campuran tepung ke dalam kocokan telur, aduk rata.<br />
3. Tuang ke dalam loyang roti (loaf) yang sudah dialas dengan lapisan kertas yangsudah diolesi mentega dan ditaburi tepung.<br />
4. Panggang kurang lebih 20 menit (setengah matang). Taburi irisan kenari. Panggang terus sampai matang, angkat. Potong menurut selera.</p>
