<p>Mayan lah, daripada puyeng ngintipin bejibun resep, mending langsung ke sasaran kan ? hehe</p>
<p>Hmm dari pertama ngeliat resep ini, dah pengennn banget praktekin. Judulnya yang provokatif banget. N satu lagi yang bikin gue termehek-termehek, coba baca deh review pembaca. Jumlahnya ada 5 ribu lebih review. Wow&#8230;rata2 reaksinya heboh..perlu dibaca juga deh review-nya, bisa dapetin tips yang berguna:-)</p>
<p>Trus..hmm..brown sugar gue ganti dengan palm sugar, yang lebih mudah didapat di Jkt. Harusnya sih gue mix dengan gula putih, tapi kmaren gue pakein palm sugar semua.</p>
<p>Trus walnutnya gue rasa harus dipanggang dulu yaa..walo kmaren dah gue potong kecil-kecil banget biar cepet mateng, tapi kayaknya kok tetep kurang memuaskan. Lain kali kalo bikin lagi, walnut gue ganti aja ah ama kacang mete ato hazelnut:-)</p>
<p>Yang harus bener-bener diperhatiin, waktu memanggang. Karena kalo kelamaan, kukis akan kering dan berkurang deh chewy-nya. Yang mnarik dari kukis ini ya chewy yang unik, yang didapat dari instant vanilla pudding mix. Kebayang ga, paduan kukis dengan pudding. Lebih baik waktu memanggang kurang sedikit deh, daripada kelamaan. Kalo di resep ditulis 10-12 menit, di oven gue cukuplah 9 menit. Kalo dah kering, aduh rasanya bubar deh..jadi biasa aja.</p>

<p>&#8220;Everybody wants this recipe when I take them in for a carry-in. To make them award winning, my daughter, Tegan, made them for a cookie baking contest and won a red ribbon! You can use any flavor pudding you like for this recipe.&#8221;</p>
<p>• 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour<br />
• 2 teaspoons baking soda<br />
• 2 cups butter, softened<br />
• 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar<br />
• 1/2 cup white sugar<br />
• 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix<br />
• 4 eggs<br />
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract<br />
• 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips<br />
• 2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)</p>
<p>DIRECTIONS<br />
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.<br />
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.<br />
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown</p>

Satu lagi resep yang bisa jadi fave gue..di antara sekian banyak resep favorit hehehe
Yah sukanya emang ama yang model-model bgini. Selain moist banget, paduan rasa dari coklat, keju, gula dll..pokoknya suka deh.
Catatan dari gue, ati2 waktu memanggang lapis paling bawah. Karena tipis, jadi cepet gosong. Kalo dah gosong, pait banget.

<p><span style="color: #993300;"><strong>Triple Decker Fudge Slice</strong><br />
</span>Source : ‘Superb Brownies, Cakes &amp; Slices’ Book (Periplus)</p>
<p>½ cup (60 g/ 2 oz) plain flour<br />
2 tablespoons cocoa powder<br />
2 tablespoons caster sugar<br />
60 g/2 oz butter, melted<br />
1 tablespoon milk<br />
½ teaspoon vanilla essence</p>
<p>Vanilla topping:<br />
250 g/8 oz cream cheese, cubed<br />
1/3 cup (90 g/3 oz) caster sugar<br />
1 egg<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla essence</p>
<p>Chocolate topping:<br />
125 g/4 oz milk chocolate, chopped<br />
125 g/4 oz butter, chopped<br />
2 eggs, lightly beaten<br />
½ cup (125 g/4 oz) caster sugar<br />
¼ cup (30 g/1 oz) plain flour<br />
Icing sugar, for dusting</p>
<p>1. Line a lightly greased 18 x 28 cm (7 x 11 inch) shallow tin with non-stick baking paper, overhanging two sides.<br />
2. Sift the flour, cocoa and sugar into a bowl. Add the butter, milk and vanilla and mix well to form a dough. Gently knead on a well floured surface for 1 minute, adding more flour if sticky. Press into the tin and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to moderately hot 190°C (375°F/Gas 5).<br />
3. Cover the pastry with baking paper, fill with baking beads or rice and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove the paper and rice and reduce the heat to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Bake for 5-10 minutes, then leave to cool.<br />
4. The make the vanilla topping, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the sugar, then the egg and vanilla essence. Beat well, pour over the base and refrigerate.<br />
5. To make the chocolate topping, melt the chocolate and butter in a small pan, stirring over very low heat until smooth. Mix together the eggs and sugar. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and flour until just combined.<br />
6. Pour the chocolate topping over the cold vanilla topping and smooth with a spoon. Reduce the oven to 160°C (315°F/Gas 2-3) and bake for35-40 minutes, or until just set. Leave to cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm. Dust with icing sugar before cutting.</p>

Halah, ke Bali-nya bulan April, laporannya baru sekarang hehe
Selalu riang gembira kalo ke Bali..mo bokek, mo banyak duit..hehhhe
Sayang kali ini ombak lagi gede, jadi rencana mengulangi water sport seperti taun lalu ga kesampean..ga papa lah..bgitu mendarat di Bali aja udah seneng kok..ga bosen-bosen deh ke Bali..
Berangkat cuma bertiga, gue, Jasmine n Susi babysitter. Papa [...]]]></description>

<p>Selalu riang gembira kalo ke Bali..mo bokek, mo banyak duit..hehhhe<br />

<p>Berangkat cuma bertiga, gue, Jasmine n Susi babysitter. Papa seperti biasa ticketnya hangus hehehe biasa deh, gue beli ticket promo..katanya mo nyusul sih..katanya ada meeting yg ga bisa ditinggal..untung beneran nyusul, sehari setelah kami sampe..senangnyaaa Papa nyusul juga..</p>

Tambahkan susu sedikit demi sedikit dan whisk terus menerus dengan api sedang hingga adonan lembut, mengental dan mendidih. Biarkan dingin sejenak selama 5 menit. </span></p>

Masukkan seperempat adonan putih telur ke dalam adonan keju untuk sedikit &#8216;melemaskan&#8217; adonan, lalu masukkan sisanya perlahan. </span></p>

Sendokkan adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah disiapkan lalu panggang selama 20-25 menit, atau hingga mengembang naik dan kecoklatan. Jangan tergoda untuk membuka oven sebelum souffles betul-betul sudah mengembang/naik. Hidangkan segera.</span></p>

Rasanya yah mayan lah..karena lapisan kelapa parutnya ketebelan jadi dominan bener..mustinya lapisan kelapa parutnya lebih tipis daripada lapisan bawah.

<p>Ingredients :<br />
1 cup (125g / 4 oz) plain flour<br />
½ cup (60g /2 oz) self-raising flour<br />
150 g (5 oz) butter, chopped<br />
½ cup (60g/2 oz) icing sugar<br />
1 egg yolk<br />
½ cup (150g/5 oz) strawberry jam<br />
½ cup (125g/4 oz) caster sugar<br />
3 eggs<br />
3 cups (270 g/9 oz) desiccated coconut</p>
<p>1. Line a lightly greased, shallow 23 cm (9 inch) square tin with non-stick baking paper, overhanging two opposite side. Preheat the oven to moderate 180°C (350°F/Gas 4).<br />
2. Put the flours, butter and icing sugar in a food processor and, using the pulse action, mix until fine and crumbly. Add the egg yolk and process until the mixture just comes together. Press the dough into the tin and chill for 10 minutes.<br />
3. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool, then spread with the jam.<br />
4. Beat the sugar and eggs together, then stir in the coconut. Spread over the jam, processing down with the back of a spoon. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until lightly golden. Leave to cool, then cut into pieces to serve.</p>

• 1 1/4 cups Butter<br />
• 3/4 cup Brown sugar<br />
• 1/2 cup Sugar<br />
• 1 Egg<br />
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla<br />
• 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour<br />
• 1 teaspoon Baking soda<br />
• 1 teaspoon Salt<br />
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon<br />
• 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg<br />
• 3 cups Oats quick or old-fashioned<br />
• 1 cup Raisins</p>
<p>Instructions<br />
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.<br />
Beat margarine and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, baking soda, salt and spices; mix well. Stir in oats and raisins.<br />
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.<br />
Bake 8-9 minutes for chewy; 10-11 minutes for crunchy cookies.<br />
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack.<br />
Store tightly covered.</p>

<p>Resep gue dapet dari buku &#8220;Superb Brownies, Cakes &amp; Slices&#8221; dari Periplus. Bagus nih buku..liat foto2nya gigi langsung ngilu hehehe..manisss semua hehehhe..</p>
<p>Jumlah gulanya bikin kaget..maniss bangettt..tapi waktu bikin tetep nekat bikin sesuai resep..penasaran..<br />
Setelah jadi, aduuhh gula bangettt..serasa makan batangan gula hehhe..</p>

<p><strong>Chocolate Peanut Brownies</strong><br />
Source : &#8220;Superb Brownies, Cakes &amp; Slices&#8221; book</p>
<p>Prepare a 20&#215;30 cm (8&#215;12 inch) tin. Sift 1/3 cup (40 g) plain flour and 1/2 cup (60 g) cocoa into a large bowls and mix with 2 cups (500 g) sugar and 1 cup (160 g) chopped peanuts. Make a well in the center and add  chopped dark chocolate. Melt 250 g butter over low heat and stir into the dry ingredients with 2 teaspoon vanilla essence and 4 eggs. Mix well and pour into the tin. Smooth the surface and bake for 40-45 minutes. Leave for up to 2 hours to firm up before cutting. Makes 24 brownies. </p>

<p>Cara Membuat:<br />
Rebus daging hingga matang, iris menjadi beberapa bagian, lalu memarkan<br />
Larutkan asam dan gula jawa dengan sedikit air rebusan daging, sisihkan<br />
Masukkan kembali dagingnya ke dalam air rebusan, lalu rebus kembali bersama semua bahan hingga kuah mengental<br />
Angkat dagingnya, lalu goreng hingga matang. Hidangkan bersama sambal dan taburan bawang goreng</p>
